Back in 1996, co-founded by Mr. Michel Yeung and his spouse Mrs. Lisele Yeung, both from accounting, tax and auditing background have taken on the challenge to start their own outsourcing firm specialised in handling the accounting and tax compliances of local companies. With their solid experience and passion to accompany business owners in their business achievements, Mr. & Mrs. Yeung have known a rapid expansion and growing client portfolios. From importers, wholesalers and retailers to hospitality and energy industry sector businesses, the Co-Founders have gained the trust of many business owners having outsourced their accounting and tax compliances to Facts Ltd.

In 2008, Mr. Cedric Yeung eldest son of Mr. & Mrs. Yeung have joined Facts Ltd. Qualified accountant, Mr. Cedric Yeung, now the Company’s Director, has learned and worked in the firm for the last 15 years acquiring substantial experiences in client’s different industry clusters. He now manages the outsourcing and tax team and as well provide with financial advisory services to the company’s client portfolio.
